On 22 March, the State Duma considered a number of draft laws designed to reduce the burden on citizens and businesses and provide them with new opportunities in the face of sanctions. Most of these innovations were adopted in the second and third readings at once. We are talking about large-scale tax breaks, greater access to "Russian offshore", lower fines for businesses and protection from "double" administrative penalties, as well as streamlining the indexation of awarded sums.
