This week, the State Duma considered several dozen bills, some of which passed all three readings in two plenary sessions. The MPs approved new benefits for various transport sectors, simplification and benefits for participants in procurement, and changed the procedure for appealing against bail and recovery of funds from state agencies at the request of the Constitutional Court. Lawyers call many of these changes long-awaited, while some of the reliefs are considered insufficient.
