“Types of Aggressive Effects. Part 2: CHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL IMPACT ON DOCUMENT”.
The experts of the ANO “National Expert Bureau”, which was established by the Consulting Group “Alliance Legal”, continue to deal with the topic of aggressive impact on documents. As it was mentioned in the first part of the article, when starting the expert examination to determine the time of fulfillment of the document details, a special study is first carried out. It is aimed at finding out whether the document was not subjected to aggressive influence and whether the original content of the document was not changed.
Aggressive impact on the document has the main purpose - to accelerate the ageing of the document and make it difficult or impossible to examine it to determine the time of fulfillment. In addition, a document may be impacted to alter its original content.
