‘Law Firm Marketing: How PR people's labour is valued’. 

Every year, recruiting agencies publish statistics on the salaries of lawyers - from paralegals to partners. At the same time, other employees - marketing specialists - are usually behind the development and promotion of a law firm's brand. We found out how the labour of legal and PR specialists is evaluated: what is included in their work, for which assignments they receive the biggest bonuses and why preparing questionnaires for participation in ratings is still considered one of the most difficult tasks. 

Preparing for legal rankings is literally a pair dance: a duet between a managing partner and a marketer. And although each has his own part and his own honed movements, there is no way without each other. 

In Panova's opinion, the best reward for a marketer is the happy eyes of the managing partner at the awarding ceremony of the leaders of the legal rating ‘Law-300’ and the realisation of the path they have travelled together.
