From the very first day of its short existence, the "coronavirus" bankruptcy moratorium has raised more questions than answers. The Plenum of the Supreme Court undertook to bring clarity to the rules of its application. It banned subordinated claims of executives who provided funding to their company in difficult times, but allowed bailiffs to collect wage debts, despite the rules of the moratorium.
