The Department of Municipal Property Management of the Ekaterinburg City Administration outside of the bankruptcy case brought a claim for subsidiary liability for the obligations of the Autonomous Non-Profit Pre-School Educational Organisation "Orthodox Kindergarten" against the Centralised Religious Organisation of the Ekaterinburg Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church.
